Events and Fundraising activities  2011 Marks our 150th Anniversary!

                    We wish you a very Happy & Blessed 2011!
The Lord is busy here at Hopewell Baptist Church. The "Joseph Galloway Outreach Mission Center" we will add additional classrooms for our children & youth ministries, Young adults, larger Kitchen, handicap accessible bathrooms & social hall
We are very excited about this as it will allow us to reach out into our community & we Praise the Lord that he allows us to be his Hands & Feet! Some of the Mission projects that we currently participate in are: Angel Food Ministry, Emergency Food Pantry, Benevolence- help with Utilities and Medication, Debi's Kids & Salvation Army Angel Tree program, Samaritan's purse shoe box ministry, Vacation Bible school, Code Blue Gospel Ministry, Summer Mission trips - youth group, Dinner & Movie night, Revival Services Spring & Fall, Holiday gifts delivered to the elderly & shut in's, We care Committee - helping with food when a family has the loss of a loved one.
We know the LORD will provide every need we have! Keep us in your prayers and we hope to see you very Soon! Stay Tuned as we will post updates on our fund raising activities!

We purchase food thru Angel Food Ministries to "bless" families in our community who don't have enough money to make ends meet. We also provide personal hygiene items to these families, when funds allow us to. Many people don't realize these items can not be purchased with the public assistance / EBT / Food Stamps.
